USDA Out of Money
Lenders stopped accepting USDA applications today as the agency has run out of money! According to one lender, this is the earliest this has ever happened and couldn't happen at a worse time. USDA was only one of two 100% financing vehicles left with the other being VA. It will be interesting to see how long it takes Congress to react and re-fund the program.
