There was finally some solid good news in November based on the number of homes sold. It's hard to tell how many of these were the result of the tax credit plus last November was not a great month, but we're happy to take good news from anywhere at this point. Pending sales for December are weaker, as you might expect, and the number of homes on the market is still over 1100 but with the tax credit being extended and expanded and interest rates still low we're hopeful for a better winter than last year.
