In April of 2008, my husband passed away. I wanted to be closer to my children, and put my house on the market in June of 2008.  I interviewed a "Big Box" realty and Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty so that I could make an informed decision. I chose Help-U-Sell.

Matt Kellam, broker with Help-U-Sell Keystone Realty, was always available to answer questions and did everything I could have expected to market my home. The housing market was very shaky during that time and we reduced the price a number of times. Matt gave me very objective advice each time a challenge arose. He never tried to talk me into any strategy which I was not in agreement. He was a very patient sounding board when I expressed frustration over the souring economy. We settled on October 30 of this year, and I feel like I have a new friend after the process.
