 
If you list with Help-U-Sell other realtors will not show your home. Help-U-Sell does business with nearly every realtor in the area; they show our homes and we show theirs. The truth is that in most cases the buyer chooses the homes they want to see and then contacts the realtor to show them. Help-U-Sell won’t put your home in the multi-list. We are full members of the local multi-list, MRIS. All of our homes are in the multi-list, if the seller chooses that option. Help-U-Sell won’t pay other realtors a commission. When we list a home in the multi-list, we must name the commission that the other realtor will receive. We make a recommendation to the seller (since it’s your money, not ours) as to what to offer. When your home sells the buyer agent receives his money at settlement. Help-U-Sell agents aren’t licensed realtors. Wrong again! We are licensed by the state, as ALL realtors must be. We are members of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and Pen-Mar Association of Realtors. In addition, I carry the e-PRO designation for internet marketing proficiency. About 1% of all realtors nationwide are e-PRO certified.
